The Genesee Area Library is pleased to announce our Holiday Festivities!
Our festivities will be held on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, from 10am until 3pm. We will have two separate locations: Genesee Community Church & the Genesee Firehall, with a third location at the Catholic Parish Hall if needed. Setup begins at 8:30am.
Registration fees are as follows:
Early bird (registration and payment received by October 1st): $25.00
Registration (registration and payment received by October 31st): $30.00
Late (registration and payment received by November 5th): $40.00
All fees include one table. There is a $15.00 fee for each additional table needed. The $15.00 fee also applies to floor racks, stands, etc. as they take up additional space. Please make checks payable to Genesee Area Library.
**Please note that each vendor needs to purchase their own spot. Sharing of additional spaces is only allowed if both vendors have first purchased their own spot.
**Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
**ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
The Holiday Festivities is one of the library’s biggest fundraisers. Vendors are asked to donate one item to our Chinese Auction held on the same day. This is a great way to help promote your business to the community. Spaces and tables are limited, so please return the short form, along with payment to the library as soon as possible. The cut-off date for all registrations is November 7th. Requests for certain buildings will be honored when possible. You will be contacted by phone or email with your building location the week of the event.
When registering online, payment via PayPal needs to be made once you’ve submitted your form. Failure to submit payment automatically deletes your registration form and it is never sent to the Genesee Area Library.
