- Holiday Fest
- Vendor Count Thus Far
- Several craft, fall fests, Willing, WCS in October, NOPO show in Nov. Would like volunteers to take applications for Holiday Fest to these and if anyone knows of any others.
- Oct meeting will discuss foods, etc.
- Chris will do mapping of buildings but can’tt be there that day, family obligation.
- We will have Oct meeting and one in Nov prior to Holiday Fest and a short one after.
- Erica update and explain SALSA

- Approval of New Policies
- Erica update on attending Conference
