2023 Holiday Festivities!

The Genesee Area Library is pleased to announce our Holiday Festivities!

Our festivities will be held on Saturday, November 11th, 2023, from 10am until 3pm. We will have three separate locations: Genesee Community Church (Methodist Church), Catholic Parish Hall & the Genesee Fire hall. Setup begins at 8:30am.

Registration fees are as follows:

Late (registration and payment received by November 7th): $40.00
All fees include one table. There is a $15.00 fee for each additional table needed. The $15.00 fee also applies to floor racks, stands, etc. as they take up additional space.
**Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
**ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**

The Holiday Festivities is one of the library’s biggest fundraisers. Vendors are asked to donate one item to our Chinese Auction held on the same day. This is a great way to help promote your business to the community. Spaces and tables are limited, so please return the short form, along with payment to the library as soon as possible. The cut-off date for all registrations is November 7th. Requests for certain building will be honored when possible. You will be contacted by phone & email of your building location prior to the event.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you and hope that together, we can create a successful 2023 Holiday Festivities for everyone!

Please note that payment is required through PayPal at the time of online Registration. Once registration has been submitted, you’ll be asked to complete payment. Payment must be made within 30 of submitting your registration. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled.
