Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of fermentation? Join us on Thursday, August 24th at 5pm and learn how to make three basic ferments: Sauerkraut, Kimchi, and Pickles! We'll go over just what fermentation is and what it isn't, and how you can apply basic principles to almost any vegetable.
